We reward you every time you complete one of the five meals a day, giving you more points at breakfast, lunch and dinner than lunch and snacks. If you are doing intermittent fasting or less than five meals a day, we will also reward you for fasting or not completing a meal without eating. When planning a meal we take into account your selection of diet, tastes, intolerances, health problems… etc. However, we are flexible so that you can adapt the meal plan to your preferences and generate adherence so that you can establish habits that last lifelong. For this reason, when completing a meal, we will not take into account additional criteria such as kilocalories or the ingredients that they make up. We will reward you for completing the meal you had planned.
